★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vigilante es muy amable, pero una de las señoritas de ventanilla es muy déspota, mala experiencia la primera vez. No todo el personal es malo, pero hay algunos que dejan mal parado al RAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO llega gente desde las 3am y abren hasta las 10am. Yo vine lunes y se supone que es sin cita, llegue 4am y dijeron que ya no hay lugares xq las fueron un día antes (domingo) ya habiendo como 10 personas más que vienen de Huejutla y otros lugares lejos que tuvieron que llegar un día antes y dormir en la central para formarse a las 3am y salen con que los lugares ya están apartados siendo lunes el día que se supone que es sin cita!! Ya habíamos venido antes y solo nos hicieron venir a lo p#%* xq nunca dijeron que los domingos daban los lugares, solo dicen “venga temprano el lunes” todos muy groseros, todos formados desde las 3am hasta las 10am que abren sabiendo que las personas llegan muy temprano para que te digan que no hay lugares. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todas las dependencias de gobierno, que son lugares donde van muchas personas a realizar tramites y no encuentras un lugar donde estacionarte y esto se complica cuando vas con un adulto mayor. El vigilante no te permite pararte para bajar al adulto mientras vas a buscar un estacionamiento. Que en Pachuca no hay.

Nos tienen en el sol.. deben poner mayor atención a eso pues en tiempo de campaña Política de quién más.obtienen votos es de la gente del campo, a la cual solo engañan con un trato "digno"

It is a worst stay, the treatment is lousy 20 chips a day for so many people, line up from 2 in the morning to get one, and in the end get to be served by such arrogant and despotic people... Cambiaron el horario y días de atención sin aviso. Es muy lamentable que vengamos de lejos para nada. Tal vez ellos vivan atrás del edificio o dentro de él.
No hay respuesta en el número de teléfono (por comentario del guardia) y obtener una respuesta para cita (sí, solo la respuesta) va de los 15 a 60 días. ¿Un simio atiende esa área?
El acceso es limitado, y se debe esperar afuera.
