★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficinas donde tiene que ir con mucho tiempo disponible, es muy tardado arreglar estos asuntos agrarios, en este momento hay que irse a formar a las 5 a.m+- para alcanzar ficha, no cuenta con estacionamiento para público, ni para acceso a personas especiales, no dejar estacionados sus carros en la acera de enfrente xq infraccionan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ingresé mi trámite en octubre, según estaba calificado como positivo y hoy 18 de enero 2022, solicité el estatus y resulta que ahora es negativo; pésimo servicio; y el titular del RAN, publicando su foto con su che guevara; ideologizados, fanáticos pero incompetentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo servicio llevamos 3 días llendo y no emos podido sacar cita por qué su sistemas no sirve pongan gente que si atienda al igual los números telefónicos nada mas nadie contesta es pésimo y molesto de verdad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la página para sacar citas en línea sólo abre una vez al mes y no te da cita x cualquier pretexto, esta diseñada para no poder sacar cita en línea, tal pareciera que lo hacen a propósito. Tienes que venir a formarte en la madrugada xq sólo dan 50fichas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día de hoy informan que va a estar abierto y hasta esta hora no hay nadie atendiendo.
No entiendo cómo es posible que haya personas con cita y ni siquiera tengan el respeto de modificárselas para que no vengan en balde…
Pero en fin creo mi inconformidad es por que su página parece que va a haber servicio y no tengan la pequeña delicadeza de modificar sus actividades laborales, tienen personal dentro y no son capases de informar que no habrá servicio, ni por que nos ven una hora esperando a que habrán…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegas desde las 5 o 6 de la mañana,aún con cita hacen que te formes, esperas a que abran las instalaciones cuando te dicen que el formato que ellos mismos te proporcionan no es válido, les explicas la situación y pides que te den una explicación y sin más ni más te mandan al final de la fila, el personal es grosero, prepotente y sin ética, no se encuentran debidamente identificados, solo portan chaleco aparentemente de la institución, pero sin credencial que acredite a la persona y el cargo que desempeña, no cuentan con medidas correspondientes al distanciamiento social.
Terrible service, you arrive from 5 or 6 in the morning, even with an appointment they make you line up, you wait for the facilities to open when they tell you that the format they provide you with is not valid, you explain the situation to them and ask them to give an explanation and without further ado they send you to the end of the line, the staff is rude, arrogant and unethical, they are not properly identified, they only wear a vest apparently from the institution, but without a credential that accredits the person and the position he performs, they do not have measures corresponding to social distancing.
