★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se supone que están para ayudar a los ejidatarios con sus trámites y pareciera que les pesan los dedos para realizar su trabajo, gente que piensa que por estar sentadas en una oficina tienen más poder que el campesino que va desde tan lejos sólo para recibir malos tratos. Sean amables y cortes con la gente que por ellos es que tienen un trabajo y comida que llevar a sus hijos ??
 Terrible service, they are supposed to help the ejidatarios with their paperwork and it seems that they weigh their fingers to do their job, people who think that being seated in an office have more power than the farmer who goes from so far just to Receive abuse Be kind and courteous to the people that for them is that they have a job and food to take with their children

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en persona es bueno y muy atentos pero con todo respeto es lamentable la atención por teléfono, nunca contestan me dieron ellos el número para consultar el trámite, nunca me contestaron, soy de la CDMX y que asistas a Oaxaca y te digan todavía no está tus documentos si causa enojo que te den un número y que nunca te contesten.....
The service in person is good and very attentive but with all due respect the attention by phone is unfortunate, they never answer they gave me the number to consult the procedure, they never answered me, I am from Mexico City and that you attend Oaxaca and they tell you not yet is your documents if it causes anger that they give you a number and never answer you .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio vía telefónica. Llamada, tras llamada y nunca atienden. Estoy en la Cdmx. Y no puedo ir en falso hasta Oaxaca para que me digan si está o no mi documento.
Terrible phone service. Call after call and they never answer. I am in Cdmx. And I cannot falsely go to Oaxaca to be told whether or not my document is there.
