★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rente un vehículo por la página de internet, por la premura de la renta me comentaron que lo tendría como a las 10 u 11 y que alguien se comunicaría conmigo a las 8 am. Al final nadie se comunico, llegue al lugar y me dijeron que no tendrían coche y para el reembolso solo me dieron un número y que me las arreglará como pueda.
I rented a vehicle through the website, due to the haste of renting, they told me that I would have it around 10 or 11 and that someone would contact me at 8 am. In the end no one communicated, I arrived at the place and they told me that they would not have a car and for the reimbursement they only gave me a number and that they will fix it for me as best they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anterior mente rentaba con frecuencia y todo de genial pero en mi última reservación me cancelaron de un día para otro y yo tube que cancelar porque de lo contrario me cobrarían el 20% por no presentarme, me cobraron el 10% por cancelación y después yo tube que hacer el trámite para la devolución cuando ellos me cancelaron a mi, todo se arregló pero por eso 4 estrellas.
Previously, I rented frequently and everything was great, but in my last reservation they canceled me overnight and I had to cancel because otherwise they would charge me 20% for not showing up, they charged me 10% for cancellation and then I had to do the process for the return when they canceled me, everything was fixed but that's why 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in the office was good, and everything worked well with the car. HOWEVER, they lied to me! I had a booking for 12 days, but I had to cancel the last 3 days, since my airline changed my flight back home. Once in the office to take the car (in Irapuato office), I asked to amend the booking, but they told me I shouldn't do that, and that when I return the car they will refund me for the difference. When I returned the car, they said that the refund will be issued within 2-3 months... very strange already, but I have been waiting for more than 3 months now, and as expected, no money was refunded. There is no way to contact them, and they aren't answering my emails. Had I known that, I could have cancelled my original booking upon taking the car, and had made a new booking, so I would have saved the 1734 MXN that they stole from me! Very disappointing,
