★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience renting here. I was nervous about renting in Mexico, as you hear about scams rental agencies pull. Here, I got exactly what I paid for. Note that you HAVE to have liability insurance in Mexico. If your quote doesn't include that, you are going to get charged on arrival. Getting the car was quick and painless, and the paperwork was easy to understand. When we returned the car, the process was extremely easy, and there were no extra surprise charges on my credit card. I would definitely rent from here again. The staff is also very helpful.
TL;DR - Make sure booking includes liability insurance, and you'll be fine. Very quick and efficient

They were on time and paperwork was fast and accurate. Car was reliable and clean. We’ll use them again. Thanks to Esther and her driver who picked us up. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent in person experience and really helpful staff. I had (thought I had) an issue and sent a complaint and after finding the right address this issue was dealt with immediately. Turned out it was my mistake and the staff addressed the issue gracefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I rented a car from this location in January 2022, without making a previous reservation, just showing up on a Tuesday afternoon.
The service by the employee was great, extremely accommodating to our needs, he also really helped us understand all of the terms and conditions related to the mandatory insurance in Mexico.
The car was a basic small sedan in good shape, without Apple CarPlay or backup camera (something that is almost a standard when you rent car here in the US).
In the contract said that the car had a full tank, but as in reality it had one little line missing, they mentioned that of course, we didn't need to return it entirely full.

If you come to this agency please ask for KEVIN! He's a gentleman, fluent in English and easy to communicate with! Everytime I asked a question he replies almost right away, and extended my contract many time always at the same price
