A história é longa, mas em resumo fomos vítimas de um acidente dirigindo um carro alugado deles e além de eles prestarem péssima assistência durante o ocorrido quando da devolução do veículo nos cobraram uma fortuna sem nenhuma base contratual, valor muito mais elevado do que o indicado pela seguradora que avaliou o dano. Teremos que recorrer a justiça agora.. Worst car rental experience possible! The story is long, but in short we were the victims of an accident driving a rental car from them and besides they provided very poor assistance during the return of the vehicle we were charged a fortune without any contractual basis, much higher than indicated. by the insurer who assessed the damage. We will have to appeal justice now ..

Reserve hqce mas de 2 meses, llegue y me querian inponer un seguro que ya cubría mi carta de crédito y cuando ya ibamos quedar me dicen que solo me podian dar un coche mas chiquito pk no tenian otro, sin arreglarme precio.. Nunca mas me van a ver y va haber queja oficial en la National Worse service I have received. I booked for more than 2 months, I arrived and they wanted to apply an insurance that already covered my letter of credit and when we were going to stay they told me that they could only give me a smaller car because they did not have another, without fixing a price ... They will never see me again and there will be an official complaint in the National

In case they have cars, they do not have the one you reserved....they give you the one they want.... 3. An issue I had was that I didn't check the fuel tank, but when I got the car, this was NOT full, so I returned in same way, but at the end, I was billed for the full tank....so I paid for gasoline I didn't get when I accepted the car, so be careful, and check everything before accepting the car.

m	migua m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note this is the same company as enterprise car rental I guess they try to appear as there is a lot of choices but it seems to be a monopoly Reserved a minivan. Uppon arrival they did not have. They did not offer a valid alternative, not even bother to check with the airport after I specifically asked for it. Attendant assured me they did not have a minivam in all of mexico city. So i took uppon myself to find one and I did find one at the airport. What took me 20 min and a lot of stress and anguish could have taken the clerk 1 minute.. but I guess she did not feel like this was her peoblem to solve.
