Te dicen que cuentan con un servicio de irte a dejar a donde tú necesites y a la mera hora que no se puede. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. More than 40 min waiting to receive the vehicle, very bad attention from the executives. They tell you that they have a service to leave to where you need and at the mere hour that you can not. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
G	Guillermo Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere 1 hora porque el señor no estaba, llegue y me pidió retención en la tarjeta por 2,500 USD, se me hizo una locura cuando otras agencias me han retenido como max 5,000 pesos, le pedí cancelar la reserva (que ya había pagado) y me dijo que el no podía cancelar y que me debía comunicar por teléfono para pedir el reembolso. Nefasto! Wait 1 hour because the man was not there, I arrived and he asked me to hold the card for USD 2,500, I was crazy when other agencies have held me up to 5,000 pesos, I asked him to cancel the reservation (which I had already paid) and I He said he could not cancel and that he should contact me by phone to request a refund. Disastrous!

We booked and paid online three weeks before our vacation and when we arrived to pick up the car, they told us they didn’t have any cars! They charged my card the full amount but did not make any effort to notify us ahead of time that they didn’t have any cars. Additionally, Mara (the employee) was incredibly rude and very condescending. Don’t let this company waste your time like it did ours. NO RENTE AUTOS CON ESTE SERVICIO! Nosotros reservamos y pagamos en línea tres semanas antes de nuestras vacaciones, y cuando llegamos para recoger el auto, nos dijeron que no tenían autos! Cobraron la cantidad completa en mi tarjeta pero no nos avisaron antemano que no había autos. Además, Mara (la empleada) fue increíblemente grosera con nosotros. No deje que esta empresa arruine sus vacaciones como arruinaron las de nosotros. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL SERVICE! She the agent at National/Entierprise told us it would be $200 deposit for the car rental then when it was time to pay the deposit went up to $2500. Scammers. She gave us a high rental price of $9000 pesos for a economy car and when we made the reservation online the price dropped to $2000 when the online agent talked to her. She was more concerned entertaining her boyfriend than helping us. ?.
