★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio reservamos desde hace 3 meses, llegamos al aeropuerto y no tenian en existencia, de nada sirve cotizar, reservar cuando la compañía es de lo más inresponsable. NO RESERVEN CON ELLOS, se ahorrarán un mal rato.
Terrible service we booked for 3 months, we arrived at the airport and they did not have in stock, it is useless to quote, book when the company is most irresponsible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, you will save yourself a hard time.

Got to the airport, National Rental stand was right outside of the exit after the baggage check. I completed the reservation 2 days prior to renting. Went in with my Drivers license and credit card. They put a hold on my CC for $10,000 pesos($525.00 USD). Got driven to the parking lot where I received my rental. The whole process took 15 minutes at the most.
The return experience was also a breeze. Returned the car in the parking lot, got driven to the airport entrance which is like 1 min away. We arrived and told the employee we wanted to close the contract, closed it and was out of there in 5 minutes.
Will definitely be renting from them again.

I had to call twice to extend my contract due to a medical emergency and they were super helpful. They honored the original daily rate until I was ready to return the car. I would rent with them again. Book via the .mx website to get the best rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! The rental was quick, pick up at the airport entrance and drive you less than 200 meters to pick up the rental (in the same lot as the airport). It took 15 minutes to get the car and drive off. The return was faster, 5 minutes to return. They also took us to the bus terminal instead of having to take a taxi (or they drive you up to the airport)
Few tips that help: 1. Rent the car as far in advance as possible, they may be out of cars if you rent during peak times. 2. Get the full insurance! It will cost more than the rental of the car but worth it!
