★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue muy buena y muy amable por parte de las personas en el módulo, solo hay una persona y tiene que hacer todas las operaciones de entrega y recepción de vehículos y hasta ayuda vial, por lo que no es sorpresa que durante algunos periodos de tiempo esté ausente y haya que esperar.
El vehículo en buenas condiciones, kilometraje muy decente y limpio, tienen una estación de desinfección de vehículos lo cual da seguridad.
La página web tiene poca claridad con respecto a los montos de preautorización aplicado a la tarjeta al momento de la renta, tienen sentido desde la perspectiva que la empresa se asegura de no perder en caso de accidente. Los seguros, como en cualquier otra compañía de renta de autos exceden por mucho el valor de la renta.
En general una buena experiencia, volveré a rentar con ellos

The vehicle in good condition, very decent and clean mileage, they have a vehicle disinfection station which gives security.
The website has little clarity regarding the pre-authorization amounts applied to the card at the time of rental, they make sense from the perspective that the company makes sure not to lose in the event of an accident. Insurance, like any other car rental company, far exceeds the value of the rental.
Overall a good experience, I will rent with them again
