★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just bluntly told me they didn’t have a car for me! Regardless of my reservation they were just over sold and over booked! Really not acceptable when you land in an airport thinking you have a car! Unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will try to upsell you with "mandatory insurance", however you can just say no, if you threaten to walk away, they will let you put a hold on your card instead of insurance. The hold is $2500, which is standard when declining insurance. So long as you can front that, you get the price you reserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office gives you cars with worn out tires and offers cars that have been crashed. I had to return to the office to claim and get a car replacement because the tire was very low after riding 10 miles. It is impossible trusting in an office that gives you cars were your safety is in danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not really sure how to rate this place our initial visit was good the guy was very friendly and helpful service was great actually. However we thought it was very weird that they expressed heavily that the rental had a spare tire showed us when no one ever checks that. Upon our return our spare tire had been stolen and it there was no sign of damage where someone broke in. To us and I could be wrong seemed they took the spare key and stole our spare tire and then charged us $330/ usd for a spare. All I'm saying is be cautious and part in a safe place.
