★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new car, Got all the insurance package (from mexican national site), No gimmicks, no bull crap returning car. I give them 5 stars. A similar rental from Hertz Puebla was a nightmare. These guys were super friendly and I did not feel raped with their pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an elaborate scheme to force you to buy their insurance. Once I denied to pay the 700 dollar insurance they were selling and bring another insurance from a third party, they deemed necessary to request a hold on my credit card 15 times higher than the actual price of the reservation (in this case they wanted to charge over 2500 dollars for deposit)
