La ejecutiva de servicio estuvo muy desagradable y se preocupó más sobre que nadie más en las otras tiendas escucha algo sobre los problemas que en la resolución de los temas

They wanted to sell me a baby chair as a children's chair
Very slow in service
The service executive was very unpleasant and cared more about the fact that no one else in the other stores hears anything about the problems than in solving the issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor mugroso lugar q existe. Pura bola de juebones irresponsables q no sirven para nada. Tengo 12 P#*$&e horas llamandoles y no contestan lo mendigos empleados. Segun querian mas negocio pero olvidalo. Ahorra todo el mundo se va dar cuenta de q no sirven.
Worst filthy place that exists. Pure ball of irresponsible games that are useless. I have 12 P # * $ & e hours calling and they do not answer the beggars employed. According to they wanted more business but forget it. Save everyone is going to realize that they do not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not easy to find a car rental company in Mexico which does not try to scam you when you are checking in or out for a car rental. National in Tuxtla airport was an exception, we prepaid the car on a well known website and we had nothing else to pay once there, no extra insurance added, free additional driver, no problem when returning the car despite scratches that were already there at check-in. Based on my experience I recommend it.
