★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented from the airport location several times & once from the location in the hotel zone. Excellent service with zero problems.
Nov 2016 update: Recently rented from this location two more times. Once again they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. No problems whatsoever. They offered to pick me up and drop me off at the place I was staying & once I needed to extend my reservation. Since they also have the office at the airport they said I could drop it off at that location on our way home, without any extra charge.
I highly recommend National.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent top level service from Jorge, Wendy and the National team. Clean vehicle ready promptly at our reservation time. Easy return process (lots of signatures on both reservation and return, but that's Mexico). No hassles or problems. A driver even drove us back to our resort after returning the car. Highly recommended!
