★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve que hablar al número 01 800 nacional porque no había nadie que atendiera a los ciudadanos el fin de año, jamás me devolvieron la llamada, una semana después del 1 de enero de 2019 aún no se dignaban a llegar? Me gustaría saber quién les paga y a quién se deben para poder ser tan pesimos en cuanto a la atención a los ciudadanos, me es claro que su prioridad no es la gente sino ellos mismos.
Terrible service, I had to speak to the national number 01 800 because there was nobody to attend to the citizens at the end of the year, they never returned the call, a week after January 1, 2019 they still did not deign to arrive? I would like to know who pays them and who they owe to be so heavy in terms of attention to citizens, it is clear to me that their priority is not people but themselves.
