(I took it out in January and they gave it to me until March) -If you go to train from 6:30 am, you have to see how they give priority to the appointments and they pass you when they want or consider that you deserve it, you can be trained 4 hours in the sun's rays. -The first filter: an employee checks your documents to see if they are complete and gives you your file (only 32 per day). Be careful because if you check them and they are wrong, when you pass they will return you if it is not right according to the receptionist on duty, and you have already been waiting for 3 hours in vain. -Second filter: Time passes and when you have to enter (if the guard at the door considers it right) they receive you and review your documents again. Which are: 1. Birth certificate (original) *Aguas because if your entity does not come according to where you were born they send you to digitize it to the civil registry, if it is old too, so update it or DIGITALIZE IT. 2. Proof of address (original and that says all the data of your address, because if it does not say the street or a number, they will return you until you have one where yes all that information comes, despite the fact that it has been your address since you were born and nobody said anything, previous years) 3. Identification or old INE -They make you wait a long time again -Third filter: When you go to have your photo taken and they check your documents again and you don't take them as they ask, they deny you the service, despite the fact that you take your previous INE. They ask you to make another appointment (within two months or train and lose the whole morning the next day) They take your fingerprints to verify that it is you who is applying, but the fingerprints never match those in their database and they return you to make another appointment. Recommendations: -Review all your documents and update your birth certificates, and try to bring an original proof that mentions all these data: street, number, neighborhood, interior number, CP, Municipality. Get informed on the pages of the INE (although it is terrible) The guard at the entrance is tired and too old to give instructions on how things are done, and the employees inside do not take into account that the people who work lose days going through procedures that could be more agile and they do not solve anything either. You have to arrive early if you don't have an appointment, so that they give you a card. If you make an appointment it is 1, 2 months later. They are attentive, however they have a very slow service system, even if they have reviewed your documentation before entering.
