Prepare to lose all day, try to arrive early and have breakfast, it is advisable to have everything you need before the appointment so as not to complicate the process that is slow in itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , saque mi cita , llegué a tiempo y la mujer que está en el escritorio , es un prepotente y falta de tacto , llevaba toda mi documentación y me dijo que no podía sacar mi credencial por qué mi colonia no se llama como se llama , horrible trato
Terrible service, I made my appointment, I arrived on time and the woman at the desk, is arrogant and tactless, she had all my documentation and told me that I could not get my credential because my neighborhood is not called what it is called horrible deal

THEY MAKE YOU GO A LOT, THEY PUT THOUSANDS OF EXCUSES AND MORE TO THE ELDERLY YOU MUST HAVE MORE PATIENCE, UNLIKE THE INE IN LOS REYES THE PROCESS WAS SUPER FAST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal de adentro es muy déspota, una señora gorda me grito muy feo, no son comprensibles y tienen poca paciencia, además de que lleve cita y me atendieron hasta dos horas después de la hora asignada.
Terrible service, the staff inside is very despotic, a fat lady yelled at me very ugly, they are not understandable and have little patience, in addition to having an appointment and they attended me up to two hours after the assigned time.
