★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. No me dejaron actualizar mi domicilio. Que lástima que no tengan un sistema actualizado. No espero que mejore, solo que quiten todas las oficinas físicas y lo hagan digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque saques cita te tienes que formar cómo vas llegando, en el primer filtro para ver si llevas los papeles correctos son muy groseros. Ya las personas que te atienden para tomarte las huellas y atenderte son más amables, el tiempo promedio para atender a una persona desde que llegas hasta que te vas es como de 45 min.
Even if you make an appointment, you have to form how you are arriving, in the first filter to see if you have the correct papers they are very rude. Since the people who attend you to take your fingerprints and attend you are more friendly, the average time to attend to a person from when you arrive until you leave is about 45 min.

No hay estacionamiento, así que toma precauciones y no se estacionen en doble y triple fila ¡Por Favoor!
Fue una hora entre que llegue (con cita) tomaron mis datos, pase a la foto y me fui. Ocho díaa después me entregaron la credencial.
