★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literal, tienes que hacer tiempo de toda la mañana porque hasta para pedir informes debes de sacar numero y de repente les da por no pasar a nadie, es muuuuy tardado.
Literally, you have to make time all morning because even to ask for reports you have to get a number and suddenly they decide not to pass anyone, it is sooo long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que han de estar estresados los oficiales ya que algunos les hablan mal a los extranjeros cuando se acercan a despejar alguna duda, y no se me hace justo que uno llegue temprano para realizar su trámite y que de buenas a primeras te digan que se suspenden, sin importar que uno viaje desde muy lejos
I think the officers must be stressed as some speak badly to foreigners when they approach to clear up any doubts, and it is not fair to me that one arrives early to complete the procedure and that all of a sudden they tell you that they are suspended , no matter that one travels from far away

La atención dentro es muy buena, pero no hay condiciones para el público que espera fuera, el área de espera la han tomado como estacionamiento y las personas deben ponerse donde es el área del transporte, corriendo el riesgo de algún accidente. Igual a partir de las 10 am el sol da directamente y hay personas que deben estar ahí con niños bajo el Sol hasta 2 horas o más.
3 star. The service inside is very good, but there are no conditions for the public waiting outside, the waiting area has been taken as a parking lot and people must go where the transport area is, running the risk of an accident. Likewise from 10 am the sun shines directly and there are people who must be there with children in the sun for up to 2 hours or more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena llegar al aeropuerto y tener que esperar hasta una hora formada en línea con todos los pasajeros del avión. Es como si no supieran que un vuelo llega del extranjero. No es justo y es de pésima educación tener a los turistas parados por tanto tiempo al llegar.
It is a shame to arrive at the airport and have to wait up to an hour in line with all the passengers on the plane. It is as if they did not know that a flight was arriving from abroad. It is not fair and it is very bad manners to have tourists standing there for so long when they arrive.

Tienen detenido a un amigo0 Colombiano desde el jueves 23/12/2021, aun no lo dejan libre porque la licenciada que firma o autoriza para este asunto, esta de vacaciones, mientras tanto, mi amigo pasa navidad y lo siguen reteniendo allí por nada. Simplemente increíble. No lo pueden deportar porque su situación migratoria esta dentro de lo que establece la ley de migración, pero lo siguen teniendo allí encerrado, le quitaron su celular y PASAPORTE.
Total discrimination this migration institution. They have detained a Colombian friend0 since Thursday 12/23/2021, they have not yet released him because the lawyer who signs or authorizes for this matter is on vacation, meanwhile, my friend spends Christmas and they continue to hold him there for nothing. Simply incredible. They cannot deport him because his immigration status is within what the immigration law establishes, but they continue to have him locked up there, they took away his cell phone and PASSPORT.
