This place is open only a few hours per day. If you do not have 100% of your paperwork on hand and 100% complete, they will reject you and you must schedule a new appointment and waste another day of your time. If you do have everything perfect, you will be interviewed for a few seconds and told to come back weeks later to go to your actual appointment to do what you should have been able to do at your first or second appointment. the only reason I gave them a 3 star rating is that the security staff is very nice and very helpful. They even smile when they tell you that you ha e to drive another 300 kilometers and get another hotel room for another day of hell! Seriously, if the staff was as well trained as the security guards, this review would not be needed! Good luck, you have been warned!

Lots of rules but the staff wants to help you get legal immigration.

Both visits so far - officers were kind, courteous and efficient

The people are friendly and follow their processes efficient. The Process itself is not efficient but the people try their best. People always try to skip ques but the staff tries to stop that. Some optimizations: - Put a sun shade in the waiting zone - Make copies there (for money of course) - Mark the ques "cita" , "No Cita"

They never answer, does anyone have a number for them other than the 2 numbers they already have? Or how can I make an appointment!!

Don't go there. They are corrupted. When asked to show the proof of the policy. They couldn't show it and kept lying including the corrupted lawyer.

I think they do fantastic job, 3 times better and faster than the Cancun office. You just have to make dure you have all required documents and everything in order.

I tried calling this office multiple times, so frustrating. The one day that someone answered my call, I felt a relief. However, that didn't last too long. The person who answered the call, hung up on me. I believe its because I didn't speak fluent Spanush. She could have simply said that she didn't understand me or transfer me a another staff member with better knowledge.
