Soy cubana y ni en mi Pais he visto un trato asi,son especialistas en consepto de inmigracion y humanidad. Resumen, SON BELLOS,salud y bendiciones para este equipo de trabajadores. In this Cozumel Immigration office, the treatment is super wonderful, the speed of the procedures is enormous. In this office you leave pleased with any procedure. Es la tercera vez que veniamos a recoger la tarjeta de residencia de mi novio, siempre había una nueva excusa, no estaba la persona que liberaba la tarjeta, el sistema, o no nos marcaban por teléfono cuando asi nos lo habian indicado. La tercera vez que fuimos nos enojamos bastante y les hicimos saber nuestro desacuerdo en hacerte dar miles de vueltas por el lugar y estar a la merced de su servicio. Busquen bien sus derechos y toda la información oficial en internet. Hagan valer sus derechos. Y si necesitas ayuda o tienes una pregunta con gusto te puedo ayudar. Hagamos un mundo mas justo, digno y equitativo. No te pueden deportar de México por haber estado mas dias de lo permitido. Solo te pueden deportar en condiciones extremas en las que te hayan encontrado trabajando o por mas de 6 meses de permanencia irregular en el pais. They make you wait, give you a bad treatment and tell you to attack them when you are simply asserting your rights. It is the third time that we came to pick up my boyfriend's residence card, there was always a new excuse, the person who released the card, the system, was not there, or they did not call us by phone when they had told us so. The third time we went, we got quite angry and let them know that we disagreed with making you walk thousands of times around the place and being at the mercy of their service. Look carefully for your rights and all the official information on the internet. Assert your rights. And if you need help or have a question, I can help you. Let's make a more just, dignified and equitable world. You cannot be deported from Mexico for having been more days than allowed. They can only deport you in extreme conditions in which you have been found working or for more than 6 months of irregular stay in the country.
