I cannot understand why anyone would give these folks a bad rating. They bent over backwards to help us, and the supervisor personally took over our case and helped us fill out paperwork, kept employees overtime to insure we met deadlines, and helped us obtain our green cards in a two week period. It could have been even faster had we gone back to their office sooner. We do not speak much spanish and our onlt problems were due to that, but the staff at this INM location did their best to communicate and expedite our requests. We have no complaints whatsoever. Yes we waited in line for a half a day, but we expected much worse. Anyone complaining about waiting should try the US immigration system.....its abominable! We had a wonderful experience that began at the mexican consulate in New Orleans and ultimately completed at this office in Queretaro. Every staff member went above and beyond to help us even with unrelated issues. The guard on the door made 5 or 6 phonecalls to try and find out where we needed to go to get our car legal...btw it is handled by customs, not immigration. Everyone was most helpful and patient as saints in dealing with us. Kudos to the entire staff!

Terrible service. Was referred to the office to ask a few questions for which options fill out on a payment form and waited over an hour to see someone. When I did, the woman did not seem to understand the process for what I needed to do, giving me incorrect information. I had to insist several times that this was incorrect and that she help me, so she just kept refering me to the IMN website. She eventually conferred with another employee before consulting a code list to give me the answer to the only question I already knew the answer to. I pressed for help with the 4 other questions that I *actually* needed clarification on but she refused to let me show her the web version of the form (NO PHONES ALLOWED!!!) or show her the available options using the code list she had in front of her (of which I could plainly see were all of the form options). Ultimately she refused to help me further and I had to just call the IMN contact center, who helped me to fill out my form in less than 5 min. Avoid this office at all costs. They are understaffed and uninterested in helping you with the simplest of challenges.

From my experience with migration offices and officers they are very good. They are understaffed and the place needs to be bigger, but that isn't the officers fault. They always resolved my doubts on point and clarified all the paperwork helping us get what we needed. I will recommend going there at 8:30 or at 12:30 for minimum waiting times.

I would put -100 if possible. No one there speaking english. And especially when this corona, my husband can't go with me, only one person inside which I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH. They don't even try to talk to make me understand what next to do. Super BAD experience going here. BAD WORKERS!!

I would put zero stars if possible. Everytime I have to go the immigration office I can't eat because of the stress. I have yet to have a positive experience. The people there are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They have no understanding of customer service or helping foreigners (especially those whose first language isn't Spanish). Also they don't answer the phones so you have to go to the office for the smallest inquiry. I understand that they are understaffed but that is no excuse for their poor behavior. Expect to have to go back multiple times, spend hoursahours there, and get treated like garbage.

The employees do not wear masks but mandate that you do. They treat children horribly and the “Gestores” get all of the attention. I hate going here. The wait times are average for immigration processes but there is some definite favoritism happening here.

Takes forever, incredibly unfriendly staff, no flexibility whatsoever, they find something wrong and instead of making a simple correction they have you get a new appointment, which takes an entire day again

We were pleasantly surprised as to the easy processing, no hassle and friendly staff we encountered. We arrived an 1.25 hours before opening and was done by 1030am. Our issue was an expiring tourism visa. As long as you have the correct documents and call ahead to confirm with INM in Querétaro what is required, you’ll have a smooth process. Building was nice and seating was provided inside.
