★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio se construyó para el internado del IPN y se inauguró en noviembre de 1952. Cuando el internado fue clausurado, en 1956, el edificio estuvo ocupado por el ejército hasta que, tras las debidas adaptaciones, se le entregó a la Escuela Nacional de Ciencias Biológicas, que se instaló ahí en 1960.
The building was built for the boarding school of the IPN and was inaugurated in November 1952. When the boarding school was closed in 1956, the building was occupied by the army until, after appropriate adaptations, it was handed over to the National School of Sciences Biological, which was installed there in 1960.
