Es ilógico que parte de nuestros impuestos se vayan para pagar a gente que no tiene la minima educación de responder y tratar de ayudarte. Deberíamos de quejarnos con el órgano de control interno para que ayuden en este caso. Totally bad phone service, they never answer and when they do they don't solve anything and they hang up on you.
