Lorenzo the tour guide was awesome. Informative, educated on native culture, very friendly, & always took your safety as a priority. We had a great time rappelling into a cenote, ziplining across the jungle, ziplining into a cave, & snorkeling into a cave. One of our favorite excursions in Mexico.

I loved this place I came here about a month ago in April 2022 and it was great our tour guide Alejandro was so nice my 11 yo son was a bit scared to go in the cenote and the tour guide comforted him. The gift shop was a bit overpriced but it’s like that in any tourist area the zip lines and rappel where also very fun and the food and water they provide was great.

Absolutely amazing park. We started with a Mayan ceremony to ask permission to visit the cenotes. Plenty of zip lines with amazing views and then crystal clear water in the cenote. We finished with a walk through a Mayan village and small gift shop that had cool souvenirs. Our lunch was delicious and it included chicken and vegetables. Our guide Alex spoke perfect English and did everything to make our trip amazing.

Our tour guide, Lorenzo, was very accommodating and engaging. He knew his stuff and was explaining the safety precautions to each activity really well. We rappelled down to a cenote and it looked a bit scary at first but the staff there were really reassuring. It was an awesome experience. We also participated in a Mayan ceremony/ritual which was a great bonus to the tour to be able to take part in such cultural activity. We did multiple ziplines, one of which went straight to a cenote which made it more exciting. We also snorkelled around a cave where we got to see bats and beautiful Stalactites. It was really amazing to see how they got to preserve and take care of the place. The lunch that was served was also good. Some of the activities though, they didn't allow us to use our camera (GoPro) but the staff were there taking pictures and videos. We end up purchasing those but their shots were really good. Overall, a very good experience and would definitely recommend it.

This incredible adventure was the highlight of our family's trip to the Cancun area. The experience was a perfect balance of adrenaline, culture and amazement. Our tour guide, Alex was awesome with our 3 children, ages 11, 8, and 6. The zip lining and rappelling was very well managed and felt safe the entire time. The Mayan ceremony was a great experience for our children to learn about the culture. Alex went out of his way to ensure our youngest was comfortable. We all had a blast! The pictures were well worth it. We brought a gopro but they didn't do the experience justice like the professional photos they took. Even the shuttle to the activity was a good experience. Our driver, Mathieu, was very pleasant and safe. He spent time explaining the Mexican culture. We will definitely be back and will also refer all our family and friends!

Fun half day trip with my spouse that included a good tour guide and simple lunch. Zip Line, cave snorkeling, and repelled into cenote. About an hour drive down from south Cancun. Pictures and videos were added as a cost ~ $80, but worth the experience and would definitely do this or something similar again. I recommend for the cost and effort.

Amazing. Our guide was great! You are in very safe hands! Enjoy yourself! It's a blast! No phones or cameras, only chest or head mounted gopro allowed. No sunscreen either due to the water pollution as they use this water for their daily life.
