We recently stayed at Nativis for our first Glamping trip. We rented out 4 of the 7 tents and all had a terrific time. I can't say enough about the staff. It was a great experience one that we will definitely do again. I also want to thank the staff again because my son left his expensive swimming trunks in the tent and they were able to find them and contact us and made arrangements for us to get the swimming trunks. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Excellent service. Very good place for staying in Tulum. Erveryone was great, from the cleaning service to the reception. The nighkeeper Jose was so kind and helped us with everything. A special thank to Hugo!

Very cool experience! The outdoor shower is one to remember. The Cenote is beautiful but it is more like a regular lake.

Cenote is very nice and the fact they offer you free canoeing is super nice. Maybe buy extra pair of snorkels and get rid of generstors soon. 3stars because no wifi at here... Badroom area was super nicely done!

When booking our Mexico vacation we were told Tulum was a must see! We can across Nativus and couldn’t stop coming back to look at the pictures and finally booked it! Great price, great location. The tent and space around it was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful.

We tried to love this place but it was overall horrible. I'll start off by letting you all know they have the worst water problem there. We had issues with water either being extremely buring hot for a few seconds to not having water to shower at all. The water was very salty that was another issue. We literally complained about water for days and it was never handled. Then we started to have an issue with electricity. It would go off and on. We also notice they hardly ever came to clean the room even though we'd ask daily before leaving. It got so bad to the point that we found a scorpion in our tent. When we left I contacted the people through airbnb to ask for a refund and they simply never replied. I wouldn't go here or recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at Nativus Glamping because the prices in Tulum were crazy, and we were looking for something more authentic. I am so glad we found this place. Nativus Glamping is an oasis of peace, with a stunning private cenote in the ‘backyard’ and the loveliest staff. Staying in the glamping tents was comfortable; clean and no animals, comfortable bed, fans and a complete bathroom in the open air which also added to the magical experience. Nativus is in the South-end of the beach, which is more relaxed, without the over-the-top crazy music around, and surrounded by classy resorts (which cost a lot more per night!). Would recommend it to anyone. Most of all I want to thank Vero, the lovely manager of Nativus. I had a medical emergency while staying at Nativus and had to go get care in Cancun. She immediately informed the staff to give me anything I should need. Then she helped me by calling every hospital in Cancun, until she arranged an appointment for me, which I could never have done on my own (not speaking Spanish). She showed such true interest in me and checked in on me every time she saw me. With her help, I got the care I needed just in time for my return flight. To me, a person like her in such a moment is priceless! She (and her dog) brings a smile on your face every day with her flair, great energy and loving care for guests.

Great place to stay! Cosy tents, nice and very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. It would be great though to build a kind of roof over the “bathroom”. Otherwise you have to wait for the rain to finish before using the toilet.
