Undoubtedly the insight of the place are the nigiris, they made me one of bull with spectacular truffle, regarding the ramen, I ordered the brisket, very well cooked meat, the broth had a very good flavor, however, the noodle as such seemed to me very commercial.

Cuidan mucho la presentación y la cocina es abierta por lo que puedes ver la preparación de los alimentos. El lugar es acogedor y privado, excelente para estar con amigos o pareja de manera más íntima. El Ramen de Brisket estaba buenísimo un toque diferente al ramen con caldo tonkotsu. Las gyozas, el maki natsukashii y el temaki de spicy tuna deliciosos. De postre pedimos el creme brûlée de Wasabi, la presentación es adorable y el sabor no es empalagoso. Excellent Japanese food place, has a good variety and everything looks delicious. They take great care of the presentation and the kitchen is open so you can see the preparation of the food. The place is cozy and private, excellent to be with friends or partner in a more intimate way. The Brisket Ramen was great, a touch different from the ramen with tonkotsu broth. Delicious gyozas, natsukashii maki and spicy tuna temaki. For dessert we ordered the Wasabi creme brûlée, the presentation is adorable and the taste is not cloying.
