★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que le sigue de PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no hay atención telefónica ni de ningún tipo para las consultoras, ni para el público. Por lo consiguiente, no hay quién oriente, atienda reclamos, dudas, etc. La empresa no atiende pero, si exige con mucha anticipación el pago y cobra intereses diarios por demora, no perdonan nada, cuando muchas demoras se originan precisamente por la falta de atención y resolución de las dudas e inconvenientes que tienen sus clientes y/o consultoras. Natura no es sensible de la situación de la pandemia, no hay opciones de pago en línea o telefónica o transferencias bancarias, porque no tienen convenio con los principales bancos en México. Por eso, y muchas cosas más he decidido dejar de vender Natura. Afortunadamente hay más opciones en el mercado y ahora ya soy consultora de la empresa No. 1 en ventas de Cosméticos en México.

Therefore, there is no one to guide, attend to claims, doubts, etc. The company does not attend but, if it demands payment in advance and charges daily interest for delay, they do not forgive anything, when many delays originate precisely from the lack of attention and resolution of the doubts and inconveniences that their clients and / or consultants have. . Natura is not sensitive to the situation of the pandemic, there are no online or telephone payment options or bank transfers, because they do not have an agreement with the main banks in Mexico. For this reason, and many other things, I have decided to stop selling Natura. Fortunately, there are more options on the market and now I am a consultant to the No. 1 sales company for Cosmetics in Mexico.

Tenía más de 6 meses sin meter pedidos, y de la nada me llega un paquete!! Se supone cuando uno cambia contraseñas nadie puede accesar al sitio web llamado"oficina" pues que creen!! Que los datos y permisos los tiene. Las líderes, y las líderes de las líderes y así sucesivamente!! Tengo más de 2 meses tratando de solucionar ... Según ellos todo es por correo, e mandado miles de correos y no e tenido respuesta!!! ?????...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un sistema de registro en el cual no confirman datos de sus vendedoras, incurriendo en llamadas telefónicas de cobranza violando la ley al hacerlo a adultos mayores realizando intimidaciones aun teniendo la información y pese a otorgar un número de folio del reporte, el despacho jurídico afirma necesitar un número de horas que incumple siguiendo con el acoso a quien ningún vínculo tienen con Natura.
