Al explicarle al mesero me dijo que me lo iba a cobrar de todas maneras. Pésimo servicio y ni hablar de la comida asquerosa Terrible service, I asked for a fruit plate and asked what fruits they came with and they brought me something else. Los sabores son buenos, unos mejores que otros. La comida se siente realmente saludable en relación con la ambientación del restaurante. Hay un área para los niños en la que pueden pasar el rato. Me gustaría que redujeran un poco el volumen de la música de ambiente, o en todo caso elegir otras canciones más adecuadas para un restaurante. It is a very good place to have breakfast and lunch, they have a good variety of dishes, desserts and drinks in their menu, the preparation time is relatively fast, the service is good although it can be improved a bit. The flavors are good, some better than others. The food feels really healthy in relation to the ambience of the restaurant. There is an area for children where they can hang out. I would like them to reduce the volume of ambient music a little, or in any case choose other songs that are more suitable for a restaurant.

Pedí un jugo y me llevaron otro. Hay muchas mesas sucias y así permanecieron todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They take a long time to attend, to take the order and to bring the food. I ordered a juice and they brought me another. There are a lot of dirty tables and they stayed that way the whole time we were there.

La comida es promedio pero incluso recibimos platillos que llevaban carne con dos pequeños pedacitos nada más. También quieren cobrarte por más porciones de tortillas lo cual creo es imperdonable en un restaurante en Mexico. Solución si quieren comer en esta cadena, no vengan a este restaurante. Es económico pero te llevas un mal sabor de boca al terminar el servicio: The worst service I have ever received at this chain. The waiters are distracted, they don't bring things on time, not even the cutlery. The food is average but we even received dishes that had meat with only two small pieces. They also want to charge you for more portions of tortillas which I think is unforgivable in a restaurant in Mexico. Solution if you want to eat in this chain, do not come to this restaurant. It is cheap but you get a bad taste in your mouth when you finish the service:

Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar para desayunar, las veces que he ido siempre me han dado un buen servicio, los precios son un poco elevados, el lugar es cómodo, tiene estacionamiento y terraza. En cuanto al sabor de los alimentos pueden mejorar, pedí un jugo que llevaba uva, melón y manzana, al parecer no le pusieron uva porque sólo sabía a melón y manzana. Cumplen con los lineamientos contra el COVID, un lugar higiénico. A good place to have breakfast, the times I've gone I've always been given good service, the prices are a bit high, the place is comfortable, it has parking and a terrace. As for the flavor of the food they can improve, I ordered a juice that had grape, melon and apple, apparently they didn't add grape because it only tasted like melon and apple. They comply with the guidelines against COVID, a hygienic place.
