★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible viaje de regreso de Nuevo Vallarta a León. El viaje duró 12 horas. Hizo dos paradas y todavía fue a llevar personas a San Francisco del Rincón. No lo recomiendo!
Horrible drive back from Nuevo Vallarta to Leon. The trip lasted 12 hours. He made two stops and still went to take people to San Francisco del Rincón. I do not recommend it!

Mi descansa pies no servía y el asiento de nadie se reclinaba, y eso q se compró el autobús "ejecutivo"... El conductor de ida agarraba las curvas como competencia de fórmula 1 y de regreso en las rectas no subía de 50km/h... Hicimos 12 hrs de Vallarta a León... Terrible en todos los sentidos!! Y me regañaron xq nos citaron 22:30 y llegamos 22:30, q xq según teníamos q estar 10 minutos antes... ¿Porque no me dicen 22:20? Y eso q llegamos y estaba documentando a 2 familias... ?? No pierdan su dinero en esta empresa...

Pero al regreso el viaje fue más largo de lo esperado, prometen viaje sin paradas y se detuvo en un paradero, casi se olvidan de pasar por nosotros a nuestro hotel, no avisan cuando llegamos a la estación, el conductor un poco hosco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, he tenido la oportunidad de viajar con naturcharter en 3 ocasiones, 1 a Ixtapa en julio 2021 y todo bien, una a nuevo Vallarta en septiembre 2021 y algo tardado el regreso, pero está esta última el regreso ayer 21 de marzo 2022 fue la peor experiencia, cómo puede ser posible que un viaje de regreso de 8-9 horas se haya convertido en un regreso de 18 horas super cansado no sé si el chófer estaba perdido o estaba haciendo tiempo pero 18 horas fue exagerado y antes que digan que no tenían conocimiento de esto si lo tenían pues monitorean la ubicación del bus en todo momento, la unidad fue la 2116 y sinceramente está es la.ultima vez que viajó con ustedes debido a esta experiencia ya me había pasado en septiembre que la unidad tardo tardó algo de.tkempo de llegar aún así decidí darle una nueva oportunidad creyendo que solo fue en esa ocasión y me doy cuenta que fue un gran error. Es la última vez y la verdad no lo recomiendo a nadie, antes de viajar con naturcharter pregunte se si están dispuestos a sacrificar casi 18 horas de su vida en un autobús que ni una disculpa nos dió por la tardanza y la mala experiencia pues todos los usuarios estábamos desesperados ya que a mí y otros pasajeros nos recogieron a las 9 AM y llegamos a León a las 3:00 a.m. fue una injusticia y espero que tomen sus debidas acciones para que no vuelva a pasar pues la gente como los que íbamos en la unidad 2116 no volveremos a viajar con naturcharter.

It is the last time and the truth is that I do not recommend it to anyone, before traveling with naturcharter ask if they are willing to sacrifice almost 18 hours of their lives on a bus that did not give us an apology for the delay and the bad experience because all the users we were desperate since they picked me up and other passengers at 9 AM and we arrived in León at 3:00 a.m. It was an injustice and I hope that they take the proper actions so that it does not happen again because people like those of us who were in unit 2116 will not travel with naturcharter again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesecita unidades modernas y con un buen ambiente en las unidades mucica bolumen moderado claro películas de comedia baños sobre todo a y que los operadores pregunten cómo vamos como está el clima alto o bajo un esnak no estaría mal creo que cobran bastante bien como para no poder ofrecer algo así gracias lo pensaré dos beses para contratar otra vez
