H201 was comfortable, close to the beach, or to 5th avenue.

Beautiful older property very close to the beach. The pool gets a ton of shade and is very pleasant.

Very cute property. Next to the ocean and with full view. Not blocked by the monster construction of 7 floors who were supposed to be ilegal

We loved our condo. It was so close to the beach and a couple of beach bars but without the noise. Some of the best restaurants are within a short walk on calle38. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The staff at Natz Ti Ha are so very nice and helpful. Thank you for all your help.

We loved our condo. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you may want!! Some of the best restaurants are within a short walk on calle38. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are huge, and the little patio area offered nice ocean breeze.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and there was purified water. The staff at Natz Ti Ha are so very nice and helpful, and a wonderful woman came in on cleaned twice during our week there. There was also a nice pool with sun chairs and pool floats. I would have loved to give five stars, but the music from the bar/club across the street was so loud, that the bass beat made it tough to sleep. It would have been more relaxing with some peace and quiet, but the music lasted LATE into the night. Great place, but if you’re a light sleeper, it might not be the place for you.
