Very great experience driving one of this golf carts. We rented a house on a big hill and we have no troubles at all going up and down the hill. Very recommended

4 different golf carts and stranded 5 times.

I wouldn’t go with these guys unless you want to be walking most of your trip. Rented a cart for 6 days, had cart die on us 3 times because either their chargers were not working or there was a problem with the plugins in the hotel (hotel claimed no previous issues charging carts). We have 2 young children under the age of 2.5 and stayed at a hotel at the top of a steep hill, ended up having to carry the kids up the hill 70% of the time because of a dead cart. At the start of day 5, because of the issues with the carts I asked to be refunded for my last 2 days (paid 6 days in full at the beginning). These guys refused to refund my money, instead brought a new cart which I no longer wanted. To put the icing on the cake they took the cart without my knowledge in the afternoon on our last day, leaving without the keys. Feeling totally ripped off by these guys and put a damper on our vacation having to deal with this. I know many people who travel to Sayulita each year and I will be telling them to stay away from this cart company.

Super helpful and friendly service! Rene went above and beyond for us and even fitted a cart with extra big wheels for us when we were staying on top of a steep hill. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a fun pair of wheels to bop around Sayulita in.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. My family and I rented from here and we went through 4 different carts. Every one of them died. They said they “fixed” the carts and each one died every time even after charging. Left us stranded in the middle of town several times.
