 Terrible service. 3 hours of waiting and the manager (one Guillermo) still dares to blame the customers.

They had only one boat and bad hours they left people waiting now and 2 new ones from a new company I hope they are better service

Three different prices one for foreigners 265 Pesos round trip, one for Mexicans 190 and one for residents 70, this is quite often the case in Quintana Roo and I find it scandalous I'm mistaken for a purse on leg
