Estoy a menos de una semana de mi viaje y contestan con evasivas todo el tiempo y no nos dan nuestro codigo de reserva. Nos tienen en esta espera desde finales de Mayo. Que incumplimiento y siempre la respuesta es, en dos horas se los enviamos y nada. I have not yet traveled but they have not responded to my request. I am less than a week away from my trip and they answer evasively all the time and they don't give us our reservation code. They have us in this wait since the end of May. What non-compliance and always the answer is, in two hours we will send them to you and nothing.

Son unos ladrones. Is a gotcha. Don't fall, they stole 500 dollars from me. They are a scam in Mexico, when you go to collect your trip they ask you for a lot of documents so as not to authorize the hotel. They are thiefs.
