No contestan las lineas de teléfono, tardan hasta 1 semana en contestar un email, para pagos de garantías tardan hasta 8 semanas! :/

Fatal servicio telefónico y de atención en garantías. Además de dar una serie de excusas, pretextos e incumplimiento en la devolución de las garantía, tardan hasta 5 meses y eso cuando se les acaban los recursos de aventarle la bolita al compañero.

Que bueno que no soy el único que piensa que su servicio es pésimo y nunca te resuelven vía correo electrónico, debería poner mayor enfoque en la atención al cliente y por consiguiente atraen mas.
