No respetan los horarios de atención, nunca contestan los teléfonos y después de las 4:30 p.m. ya no responden los teléfonos, ni dan atención. Quisiera agregar que en varias ocasiones nos han tomado pedido después de 5 horas y me dejan sin material y salen con que ''no metieron la nota''. Tal vez deberían de capacitar mejor a sus empleados y poner a un supervisor responsable y capaz de realizar su trabajo, porque nunca te dan soluciones a los problemas, siempre dejan como ''si quieres comprar adelante, si no, puedes irte a otro lado''.
