★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pago por 10 cajas de maskin tape y una caja de cinta azul. A la hora de entregar no había cinta azul. No me pudieron ajustar a otro producto, de igual modo tuve que hacer una carta y mandar mucha información para solicitar la devolución. Van 2 semanas y 10 llamadas y me dicen que ya casi me devuelven lo del producto que no tuvieron. Una empresa burocrática sin sentido de servicio eficiente al cliente.
I made a payment for 10 boxes of maskin tape and one box of blue tape. At the time of delivery there was no blue ribbon. They could not adjust me to another product, likewise I had to make a letter and send a lot of information to request a return. They go 2 weeks and 10 calls and they tell me that they almost returned the product they didn't have. A bureaucratic company with no sense of efficient customer service.
