Huge disappointment !!!! Today after taking an appointment at 6:00 pm they attended to me at 6:40 am ... a person who is in a hurry, especially do not go because you will not be their priority if they are attending a friend. They are supposed to take dates for not waiting, right? Well, my courage resisted me and for a root touch-up I left at 8:30 pm. Before scheduling my appointment, I asked to have the price reconfirmed. Which they answered me FROM 650 pesos. Good since it is not a tint on the length I did not understand the case of the word FROM but I left it. My big mistake ... they charged me almost double 1100 pesos for a SMALL RETOQUE. And the answer from the salon is because of my hair volume, what a laugh. I am a foreigner and I think they saw my car completely! I go every 2 months to retouch and in good places and it is the first time in my life that they charge me that and even worse that they charge me double the price FROM. It's a hoax and I feel robbed. Besides, neither the "ironing" was good ... what a pity that with this pandemic there could be places like this ... DO NOT GO !!!!

Very bad service, lousy customer service... they do whatever they want without asking... my very wide and thick nails made them sculptural without asking... he hurt me several times when filing and cutting. I do not recommend it and I will not return!

Generally punctual. They are very thoughtful and well made and decorate the nails well. Price relative to quality. Quieter at noon. Preferable to make appointments but you can arrive and wait too, it depends on the season. They work on Sundays.

Very bad service. They made me very wide and longer nails, even requesting the desired number at the end another manicurist indicated that this was not the length number I asked for, however they no longer fixed them because the one that made my nails was already occupied. The nails did not last a week and a half, after a week they began to detach from the sides. I already took them off and I got fungus on one nail. I have been doing nails for years and I have never had a fungus. My sister had a pedicure and they hurt the soles of her feet horribly and her acrylic nails were too thick. Lastly, the service very expensive for what it is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
