★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente. Poco profesionalismo. Para empezar batallé en agendar mi cita, si no le recuerdo a Malu (la encargada), ni me toma en serio y le vale. El doctor llegó 2 horas tarde diciendo que no sabía que tenía mi cita. En instagram te ignoran. Me hicieron un diagnóstico (carísimo) y me austó para pagar por un tratamiento que NO era necesario (consulté una segunda y tercera opinión en la qué no era necesario el tratamiento). La chica en recepción no me cobró bien ni entendía cuánto cobrar por la mala comunicación que tienen. Al requerir mi reembolso fui para que me lo regresaran en efectivo (ya que pagué en efectivo) y resulta que el doctor no sabía y no lo tenía, me dijo que me haría transferencia al día siguiente y no fue así, tuve que andar de tras de ellos para mi reembolso y no le daban importancia a mi asunto. Hablé con la "encargada" Malu y cero disculpas sólo excusas. La verdad que no lo recomiendo. Repito no tienen servicio al cliente.. ni antes, ni durante, ni después. Cero professionales y cero servicio al cliente.
 Very bad customer service. Unprofessionalism. To begin with, I struggled to schedule my appointment, if I don't remind you of Malu (the manager), she doesn't take me seriously and it's worth it. The doctor was 2 hours late saying he didn't know I had my appointment. They ignore you on instagram. They gave me a diagnosis (very expensive) and they paid me to pay for a treatment that was NOT necessary (I consulted a second and third opinion in which the treatment was not necessary). The girl at the reception did not charge me well or understand how much to charge for the bad communication they have. When I requested my refund, I went to get it returned in cash (since I paid in cash) and it turns out that the doctor did not know and did not have it, he told me that he would transfer me the next day and it was not like that, I had to go after of them for my refund and they did not care about my matter. I spoke with the "manager" Malu and zero apologies only excuses. The truth is that I do not recommend it. I repeat they do not have customer service ... neither before, nor during, nor after. Zero professionals and zero customer service.
