I've worked with a few different contract companies during my time in the Tech industry and Nearsoft is hands down one of the very best I've ever worked with. They hire really smart, very professional people, treat and train them well. All of that is reflected in the work they do. Nearsoft sends their employees to the customer location for two weeks - so you get the opportunity to know them on a personal level - it really helps the working relationship. I will absolutely hire Nearsoft again in the future if the opportunity for a contract company comes up. Tech companies in the U.S. could learn A LOT from Nearsoft's core principles and management philosophy. Keep up the great work!
