The best food and amazing service! Fancy restaurant and really good presentation. Samira was our waiter. Her English was amazing and she made spectacular presentation of the food.

We came here for the New Years Eve dinner. Everything was perfect! The service was exceptional, as well as the food. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

I had the worse experience today at the restaurant. My daughter and I had visited previously with some friend and had a great time. However, this time was different. When I went this time I asked about a dish I had had last time, because I don't eat meat and asked for the particular dish. The waitress told me they didn't have that dish anymore, because they had opened a new restaurant 2 doors down that had that dish. But she told me they could get the dish from the other restaurant and bring it to me. So while the waitress went to figure out the details I had found a few things on the menu to eat. When she returned she rudely told me we had to leave and go to either another restaurant or their other restaurant. We had just ordered a big bottle sparkling water when she ordered us to leave the restaurant. I paid for the water and asked to speak to the manager. The head chef/manager came out and tried to explain that the menu had changed. She also said they could bring food to us to accommodate. However, as I explained to her the waitress told us to leave, because we don't eat meat. So the manager gave me my money back for the water. Told me to come back in 2 weeks. I have never been told to leave a restaurant, because I am a vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian since I was 2 years old and not by choice but due to my health. So I was very upset by this experience as it was not a good one for my daughter and I.

Wow! Best meal in a long time and we’ve had a few recent fine dining experiences recently in Guadalajara and Merida. We were a group of 15 and everyone raved about the food (dishes were being passed around- followed by oohs and aahs). Prices also very reasonable, especially when considering the quality, with drinks and dinner less than $70 US per person. Highly recommended!

Came here for new year’s eve dinner and it was delicious. Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Everything was really good and would love to come back to order a la carte. The potatoes with caviar, the eggs, the fish and the corn dessert with white truffle were exquisite. One of the best restaurants in Merida!

Gastronomically delicious. A great place for family-style dining since the dish portions are great for sharing. Make sure to order the cebollas negras because they are amazingly good.

Our favorite dinner in all of Merida, Nectar serves perfectly executed dishes and cocktails. You absolutely must try the black onion popovers, their signature item. The other must try is the octopus. Both of these dishes and an incredibly kind wait staff made for the perfect experience.

Amazing food, staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful open kitchen and classy decor. Black onions very tasty, but the the corn dough dessert blew my socks off. Not usually a big dessert guy. But this is a must try!
