As everyone has already commented. It is fraud. The bank has to be marked to cancel and reimburse these charges. I also suggest raising demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraude, en diciembre hicieron cualquier cantidad de cargos a cuentas de scotiabank, chequen sus estados de cuenta. Sería importante pedirle al banco que levante demanda por fraude.
