Donde esta el respaldo de la empresa???? Quien tiene propuestas para la solución del problema es el mismo empleado!!!!! No cuentan ni improvisadamente de una documentación del hecho!!!! (Porque todo al parecer lo basan en formatos), no supieron responder a la problemática, de poca capacidad el personal administrativo, falta de atención al cliente, y ahora llevaré la unidad al taller que amablemente el empleado me dijo, porque no tienen ni idea de quien pueda repararlo (y que al parecer él pagará), falta considerar las condiciones de trabajo del taller (porque tampoco está respaldado por la llantera Avante de la avenida Vallarta en esta ciudad de Chihuahua). No es posible que a quien tengan de encargada no visualice un problema mayor!!!! No respaldan al empleado por lo que pude apreciar (espero estar equivocado). Es una tristeza pedir atención de quien no pueda brindarla y que se concrete a decir "Así trabaja la empresa Avante y no puedo hacer nada.... (Ni un escrito??????) de cualquier forma quiero dejar en claro que mi reclamo es a la empresa. Fatal!!!!
