Negroni Midtown - 44648 Guadalajara

Exquisite decoration, excellent food and service. Not as pricey as it would seem, large tables for groups of 6-8 people. I'm looking forward to coming again.

If U are visiting Guadalajara, this place is a must! The whole experience was a 10! The servers were on point on everything, the food was mouthwatering, the ambiance was outstanding! Fine dining at its best.

This restaurant could not be any better! The food, the service, the drinks, the cleanliness and attention to detail in everything they do, has set a new standard for my expectations. I have had some excellent meals and great service all over the world, but this is the definition of exceptional. The prices are on the higher side but when you consider what you are getting in return, it is worth every peso and I would consider it great value. My wife has been involved in the hospitality industry for almost 4 decades and we notice things that may not be apparent to the everyday diner. This place is flawless! Neither my wife or I have ever given a restaurant a ten out of ten, until now. Our waiter, Martin was absolutely perfect. My hat is off to the entire staff, from the kitchen and floor staff, to the managers. Negroni has set the bar at a new level.

Very yummy food at the Negroni midtown. Ordered a bite of their chef favorite sushi selection and it was so good . The coconut friend shrimp with the pineapple sauce was so good too. If you don’t like suchi or sweet taste food you can definitely try their steak. They do it very well and it is very yummy too. I saw that Negroni is a chain, so am sure they have much more variety of good plates in their menu. I added their menu for prices, other locations and other dishes and suchi too . Will eat at negroni again .

Wow! What a pleasant fine dining experience. The service provided by Negroni is exceptional and hands down the best I’ve experienced at any of the many fine dining restaurants I’ve been to around the world. The wait staff is very well trained and are really there to serve you. And by serve you, I mean the moment you finish a plate, they’re there to take it away. For any plate or starter ordered for the table, the wait staff will dish it up for you so you don’t need to do it yourself. We had a truffle carpaccio and a fried octopus to start. That was followed by a mushroom risotto, Gorgonzola pizza and Parmesan pasta. The Parmesan pasta is prepared by your table and is the big bowl of cheese you see in my pictures. Why a 4-star review and not 5? For a fine dining restaurant to be rated 5 they need to be flawless and Negroni came very close to flawless. I’d give them a 4.5 if I could. 2 negative things: the pasta was served slightly on the colder side, which needed warming up. The “Parmesan” cheese is also not true Parmesan from Parma, Italy. It’s a Parmesan-like cheese. Negroni is fine dining to write home about and is an absolute must for anyone looking for a fine dining experience.
