★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que pedi una cotización por teléfono y a pesar de que le di una buena explicación de lo que quería al parecer desconocían hasta sus propios materiales entonces creo que deberían de capacitar más a su personal. No tuve la experiencia de comprar con ellos pero el simple hecho de que no puedan darte ni siquiera una cotización da mucho que desear.
The truth is that I asked for a quote by phone and although I gave him a good explanation of what he wanted, apparently they did not even know their own materials so I think they should train their staff more. I didn't have the experience of buying from them but the simple fact that they can't even give you a quote gives a lot to be desired.
