★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el curso de verano de este año 2019 han cerrado parte del área de estacionamiento techado para traer más niños, existe sobrecupo y áreas cerradas que no deberían ser usadas para recreación de niños, que mal que por querer tener mas ganancias el servicio este cada vez peor.
Y lo peor de todo, no hay gerente actualmente para externar nuestras quejas, (Claro, ya cobraron).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hijo estuvo tomando clases de natación, apenas lo saqué, la verdad la atención de los coordinadores hacia los papas es muy mala.
Mi hijo de 4 años siguió en el mismo nivel un año y medio y no vi ningún avance, luego si tienes alguna duda o pregunta es muy difícil comunicarte o localizar a los coordinadores.
La verdad uno paga mucho para recibir un trato así.
Esperaba mucho de esta sucursal del valle, pero creo que le falta mucho para el nombre que tiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos profesores e instalaciones, se intenta respetar horarios de los pequeños lo cual es bueno, pero no siempre se cumplen y a veces se pierde tiempo ya que no se recupera debido a que las clases son simultáneas.
En regaderas área infantil no estoy muy contenta ya que no se respetan mucho las edades para bañar ahí a los niños y por consecuencia se satura un poco el área.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima es la atención del personal cada vez están peor ponen a gente sin conocimientos a cargos donde no deberían estar no saben tratar a las personas en especial las personas que ponen como encargados y o gerentes son groseros me gustaría hacer que mi queja sobre esta situación llegue a donde si pongan atencion por que no es posible que siendo la escuela de prestigio que es tengamos los usuarios que aguantar a estas personas

Los instructores tanto de la alberca como del gym son muy buenos.
El gym tiene varias cosas que mejorar , los tapetes estan rotos, el piso en ciertas partes hundido, para que arreglen algun aparato pasa mucho tiempo.
Las clases dirigidas son pocas en realidad muy hechas para gente mayor que son los que en su mayoría asisten.
También podrían mejorar la limpieza en las regaderas y lockers.
Los precios se elevaron considerablemente después de la pandemia.
Es de agradecer el apoyo que le dieron a los usuarios durante por el tiempo de confinamiento
I have been a member of ANV for 5 years.
The instructors of both the pool and the gym are very good.

They could also improve the cleanliness in the showers and lockers.
Prices rose sharply after the pandemic.
