★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo a mi hijo de 3 años a natación, y definitivamente es la mejor opción que pude elegir, todos son sumamente amables y los maestros tienen una calma con los pequeños, enorme, están muy atentos a lo que ellos hacen y desde un principio le dieron la atención adecuada, ya que le daba miedo y lo primordial fue quitarle el miedo y vaya que lo hicieron muy bien, va aprendiendo muy bien y a buena velocidad mi hijo, gracias a su maestra Alejandra, con quien él, es muy feliz de asistir.
I take my 3-year-old son to swimming, and it is definitely the best option I could choose, everyone is extremely friendly and the teachers have a calm with the little ones, huge, they are very attentive to what they do and from the beginning they gave him adequate attention, since it scared him and the main thing was to remove the fear and boy did they do very well, my son is learning very well and at a good speed, thanks to his teacher Alejandra, with whom he is very happy to attend.

Llevé a mis hijos a clase muestra y salieron muy decepcionados, platicándome que las maestras habían sido groseras, los hacían sentir mal y los amenazaban constantemente. Para rematar, una de las maestras, al terminar la clase, le dijo a mi hijo "fuera de mi clase!!" .
A pesar de que mis hijos siguieron indicaciones, y que no tenían más alumnos en ese momento en el grupo, las "instructoras" se mostraron con poca paciencia y mala actitud. CERO PROFESIONALES.
Se supone que una clase muestra es para sondear en qué nivel están los niños, pero sobre todo DARLES CONFIANZA, lo cual para nada hicieron estas señoras.
Afortunadamente mis hijos ya han ido a clases anteriormente, pero no quiero imaginar lo que les dirán y harán sentir a los pequeños que tengan su primer acercamiento a la natación, y se encuentren con este tipo de tratos y actitudes.
Le comenté lo sucedido al Coordinador de Natación y se limitó a decir "una disculpa".
Definitivamente no recomiendo.
Lo único bueno en mi experiencia fueron las instalaciones muy amplias y limpias.
La atención de la señorita Dulce, de ventas, fue EXCELENTE. Ojalá las instructoras hicieran su trabajo con el mismo gusto que ella.
Esto sucedió el sábado 18 de febrero del 2022
AWFUL attention from the "instructors". I took my children to a sample class and they left very disappointed, telling me that the teachers had been rude, made them feel bad and constantly threatened them. To top it off, one of the teachers, at the end of the class, told my son "get out of my class!!" .
Despite the fact that my children followed directions, and that there were no other students in the group at that time, the "instructors" showed little patience and a bad attitude. ZERO PROFESSIONALS.
A sample class is supposed to probe what level the children are at, but above all GIVE THEM CONFIDENCE, which these ladies did not do at all.
Fortunately, my children have already attended classes before, but I don't want to imagine what they will say and make the little ones feel when they have their first approach to swimming, and find themselves with this type of treatment and attitudes.
I told the Swimming Coordinator what happened and he just said "an apology".
I definitely do not recommend.
The only good thing in my experience was the very spacious and clean facilities.
The attention of Miss Dulce, from sales, was EXCELLENT. I wish the instructors did their job with the same pleasure as her.

Las instalaciones son buenas, en especial la alberca! Es increíble! Si van me avisan y nos medimos con un combi! Jaja
