★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet friendly! First reason we stayed there. But totally worth it even with no dog ;) We booked calling them, Carmen was very helpful from the booking until the end of our stay. She arranged us a day spa, made sure we had a spacious room for us and our dog. The restaurant La Doña in the same building is a must: veeeery tasty plates, helpful waiters, they even got us bones to our dog ;) Located in the very city center we had no need to take the car and had nice walks around the hotel and to best spots of San Miguel. Their terrace is the place to take nice sunset pics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed thier just for a couple night but I was awesome. The GM Carmen when Above and Beyond with the Great Customer Service her entire team provide. We got thier a little early allowed us to check in early. I needed a local photographer she help find the best one in San Miguel. Told her we were celebrating my Wife's birthday she gave a cake. The complimentary breakfast was better than most restaurants. I can keep on going with the great customer service they provide. I will definitely recommend it hope to be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing centrally located hotel in San Miguel de Allende! Very cool room with warm decor, comfy bed and nice amenities in the bathroom. Icing on the cake was Carmen - super nice and knowledgeable about the local area and very kind to us ?
The hotel's restaurant La Dona had a beautiful ambiance and is the top rated in SMA. We had breakfast there and the service was top notch (food was great too).
We will be back to SMA and will be staying here without a second thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nena for a few days. Words can not describe how much we enjoyed the stay. Carmen was the best host, all of the hotels employees went above and beyond, and the room was great. Centrally located in such a great city; we lucked out.
We will certainly go back to San Miguel and stay at Hotel Nena again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Nena is such a cute boutique hotel! The staff was super accommodating and the breakfast included was delicious. Our room was spacious and had a large balcony over looking SMA. The only down side was the church bells ringing every hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmen and staff are wonderful. Was there with a large group for a wedding and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was sensational. Restaurant and rooftop bar outstanding, best Margaritas I've ever had. Location is perfect with absolutely everything within walking distance. Thanks Carmen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for two nights in first week of April 2022. Overall a pleasant experience.
Carmen was excellent. She reached out before our arrival and arranged transfer from Mexico City to SMA. The room was pretty large, quiet and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. Carmen also sent us lists of activities/ attractions in town or further out. Her help made our stay extra nice.
One potential issue is the music from upstairs restaurant. As we stayed on Wednesday and Thursday nights, it was notably noisier on Thursday evening till 22:30, because the restaurant was scheduled to close at 22:00.
