★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dra es muy buena pero tienen un pésimo control con las citas, las 3 ocasiones que fui esperé entre 1 y 2 hrs después de mi cita para poder entrar a la consulta.
Preferí cambiar de dermatóloga porque la espera era como ir al IMSS
 The Dr is very good but they have a terrible control with the appointments, the 3 occasions that I went I waited between 1 and 2 hours after my appointment to be able to enter the consultation.
I preferred to change my dermatologist because the wait was like going to the IMSS

Te hablan un día antes para confirmar tu cita. Llegas antes de la hora fechada y cuando ya es tu turno: hay disculpe aun están con el paciente de hace una hora. Y ya, no te dicen nada más. No un disculpe ahorita lo pasan o un perdone es que el paciente anterior necesita más tiempo. Solo un... "pues si, ya pasaron 40min después de su cita jijiji"

Very poor service in the office.
They call you a day before to confirm your appointment. You arrive before the scheduled time and when it is your turn: sorry, they are still with the patient from an hour ago. And now, they don't tell you anything else. Not an apology right now they pass it or an excuse is that the previous patient needs more time. Just a... "well yes, it's already been 40min after your date hehehe"
