Después de un año de usar esta crema maravillosa, la pedí por Mercado libre y me llego sellada realmente nueva, pero al momento de usarla me di cuenta que el frasco estaba basio! Ahora resulta que para que devolvieran el dinero o me envíen otra crema tengo que tener también la caja de la crema...... quien conserva la caja??? yo estaba tranquila cuando la recibí, la abrí y puse mi frasco en el baño y la caja en el bote de basura! Puedo decir que el servicio en esta ocasión fue pésimo. El costo de una crema es muy elevado y por un error de fabrica yo tengo que pagar la consecuencia. La vendedora dice que no puede hacer nada si Nerium no la ayuda! Alguien me puede decir con quien puedo ponerme en contacto?
 I just had my first negative experience with Nerium! After a year of using this wonderful cream, I ordered it through Mercado libre and it came sealed really new, but when I used it I realized that the bottle was basic! Now it turns out that for them to return the money or send me another cream I have to also have the box of cream ...... who keeps the box ??? I was calm when I received it, opened it and put my bottle in the bathroom and the box in the trash can! I can say that the service this time was lousy. The cost of a cream is very high and due to a manufacturing error I have to pay the consequence. The saleswoman says she can't do anything if Nerium doesn't help her! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No apoyan a los socios cuando hay fallas con su página, mi cliente se quedó sin su dinero (que ahora yo deberé reponer por su ineptitud y falta de interés) y sin su producto y el equipo de apoyo no hizo absolutamente nada para resolverlo. Una compañía a la que no le interesan sus socios y no los respaldan para nada.
They do not support partners when there are failures with their page, my client ran out of their money (which now I will have to replace due to their ineptitude and lack of interest) and without their product and the support team did absolutely nothing to solve it. A company that is not interested in its partners and they do not endorse them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido el 23 de febrero que supuestamente me llegaría el 3 de Marzo y jamás llegó, llame para cancelar y solicitar mi rembolso esta es la 4 llamada sin éxito dándome argumentos que dieron de baja mi cuenta por supuesto fraude pero no me han rembolsado nada a mi tarjeta de crédito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del agente que tuvieron al teléfono el día de hoy tengo llamando desde las 11 am, me dejaron espera 20 minutos y cortaron la llamada según checando lo de mi rembolso ( cabe mencionar que llamo 2 veces por semana desde hace ya un mes y no me han resuelto NADA)llame unas 6 veces en el día de hoy sin respuesta alguna según la contestadora me regresarían la llamada, hasta que por fin la misma persona me contestó y me volvió a dejar en espera por 15 minutos y de Nuevo cortaron la llamada, ahórrense su tiempo y sobre todo su dinero
