Hoy 16 de Feb. acabo de ir con porque iba a regalar un nepe y me encuentro con que estaba cerrado; no fuí el único porque a las puertas del local me encontré a otra cliente que ya tenían rato llamando a las puertas porque que fué a comprar un regalo en la neperia y resultó en lo mismo: nos respetan su horario de servicio. Desde temprano les pregunté en su página de facebook que si iban a tener servicio porque iba a hacer un regalo para un persona especial que quería un regalo de ahí pero NUNCA me contestaron, la chica que me encontré en la puerta de la neperia también me comentó lo mismo, la misma situación. Así que ganas dan de ir a comprar ahí. Hoy han perdido clientes, que mala onda, la gente no siempre tiene el tiempo disponible para un regalo del 14 de febrero y luego salen con estás cosas Y SIN AVISAR y SIN REPONDER en sus medios de contacto. En su página de facebook anuncian un horario (L-D de 5 p.m. a 9 p.m.) y no los respetan, si no van a poner atención a su página de redes sociales y no van a respetar sus horarios mejor que ni las abran en primer lugar.
What a bad service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, if possible, I would give it ZERO stars. Today, Feb. 16. I just went with because I was going to give away a nepe and I find that it was closed; I was not the only one because at the doors of the premises I found another client who had already been knocking on doors for a while because she went to buy a gift at the neperia and it turned out the same: they respect their service hours. From early on I asked them on their facebook page if they were going to have service because I was going to make a gift for a special person who wanted a gift from there but they NEVER answered me, the girl I met at the door of the neperia also told me the same, the same situation. So you want to go shopping there. Today they have lost clients, what a bad vibe, people don't always have the time available for a gift on February 14 and then they come out with these things AND WITHOUT WARNING and WITHOUT ANSWERING in their means of contact. On their facebook page they announce a schedule (M-S from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and they do not respect them, if they are not going to pay attention to their social network page and they are not going to respect their schedules, they better not open them in the first place.
